Free shipping within Canada on all orders over $70

Free shipping offer is only available in Canada at the exception of YUKON, NORTHWEST TERRITORIES, NUNAVUT AND NEWFOUNDLAND-LABRADOR. Offer is valid on orders of $70 or more before shipping and taxes.

Order Processing

Our orders are proceed the same day if received by 3 p.m. EST time Monday - Friday.(exception official holidays)

You will receive the estimated date of delivery, when you choose your shipping method and courier. Delivery date information is provided by the courier company.

Shipping fees

We offer free shipping over $70 (before taxes) to most locations in Canada. All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Handbags Vogue reserve the right to use a different carrier if need it.

Shipping time

Orders are delivered between 2-7 business days in Canada.

Delivery days are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays to orders due to snowstorms, hurricanes or postal strikes are out of our control.

Handbags Vogue reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier than Canada Post in order to ensure delivery on time .

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@handbagsvogue.ca. If the status is still in process, we will be able to cancel it.

Please note that we ship our orders Monday - Friday by 3.30 p.m. If the order that you wish to cancel has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.

Refusing delivery of a package, not claiming a package or wrong address 

All the packages returned to Handbags Vogue because of wrong address, refusing delivery or not claiming the package we will deduct $15 from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged products

If you receive your item damaged. Please contact us at info@handbagsvogue.ca within 48 hours of receipt. Please take a pictures of the packaging and the item and send to us. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the return and your refund .
